Dock Restock Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Dock Restock Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by Packaging Equipment and Supply, Inc., doing business as Dock Restock ("Dock Restock," "we," "us," or "our").

By applying to or participating in the Program, affiliates agree to the following terms.

1. Program Eligibility and Approval

Participation is subject to review and approval by Dock Restock.

We welcome applications from legitimate businesses, industry publishers, bloggers, product review websites, content creators, and other partners whose audiences align with our products and services.

Dock Restock reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion, consistent with applicable law.

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information regarding their business, website, and promotional methods.

2. Affiliate Commissions

Approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases referred through their assigned affiliate links or approved tracking methods.

Commission rates, attribution periods, and applicable product eligibility are established within the Refersion platform and may vary by affiliate, product, or promotional agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissions are calculated on the eligible product subtotal, excluding:

• Shipping and freight charges.

• Sales taxes and other applicable taxes.

• Discounts, refunds, and credits.

• Canceled or returned merchandise.

• Gift cards and other non-commissionable items designated by Dock Restock.

Certain products, brands, categories, or orders may be excluded from commission eligibility.

Commissions are not earned on an affiliate's own purchases or transactions intended primarily to generate affiliate compensation.

3. Commission Validation and Payments

Commissions are subject to verification and approval by Dock Restock.

We reserve the right to review transactions for fraud, returns, cancellations, payment disputes, tracking errors, or violations of these terms before approving commissions.

Approved commissions will be paid according to the payout schedule and payment requirements established within Refersion or separately communicated to affiliates.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.

4. Permitted Promotional Activities

Affiliates may promote Dock Restock through legitimate marketing channels, including:

• Industry websites and blogs.

• Product reviews and buying guides.

• Educational content and business resources.

• Relevant social media channels.

• Email newsletters sent to subscribers who have lawfully consented to receive them.

• Other promotional methods approved by Dock Restock.

All promotional content must accurately represent Dock Restock, its products, pricing, and services.

5. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Unless expressly authorized in writing, affiliates may not:

• Bid on "Dock Restock," variations of our company name, our domain name, or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising.

• Use Dock Restock trademarks in paid search advertisements or display URLs in a misleading manner.

• Run direct-to-merchant paid advertisements using affiliate tracking links.

• Publish unauthorized discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers.

• Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, click injection, or other manipulative tracking practices.

• Use misleading advertisements, false product claims, or deceptive marketing practices.

• Send unsolicited commercial emails or spam.

• Impersonate Dock Restock or represent themselves as an employee or authorized company representative.

• Register domains or social media accounts that impersonate Dock Restock.

• Generate fraudulent, artificial, or self-referred transactions.

• Use automated bots or other methods to manipulate referral activity.

Violations may result in commission reversal, account suspension, or removal from the Program.

6. Coupon and Discount Websites

Coupon, cashback, loyalty, and incentive-based affiliates are subject to prior written approval.

Affiliates may only advertise promotional codes explicitly authorized for affiliate use.

Commissions may be denied for transactions involving unauthorized coupon codes, misleading discount claims, or prohibited promotional methods.

7. Product Information and Advertising Accuracy

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that published product information is accurate and current.

Prices, product availability, specifications, shipping options, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

Affiliates must not guarantee pricing, inventory availability, delivery dates, or product performance beyond what Dock Restock officially publishes.

8. Affiliate Disclosures and Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising disclosure requirements.

Affiliate relationships must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed wherever required.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials comply with applicable privacy, advertising, and consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

Dock Restock grants approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use authorized promotional materials, product images, and brand assets solely for promoting Dock Restock under this Program.

Affiliates may not modify Dock Restock trademarks, create misleading branding, or imply an official partnership beyond their approved affiliate relationship.

All intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Fraudulent Orders

Commissions are not payable on orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, charged back, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.

For partially refunded orders, commissions may be adjusted to reflect the final eligible purchase amount.

Dock Restock reserves the right to reverse commissions when a qualifying transaction is subsequently invalidated.

11. Program Modifications

Dock Restock reserves the right to modify commission structures, eligible products, promotional requirements, and other Program terms.

Material changes will be communicated through Refersion or other reasonable notification methods.

Changes to commission rates will apply prospectively unless otherwise agreed or required to correct an error or invalid transaction.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

Dock Restock may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, misleading advertising, or conduct that may harm the company or its customers.

Following termination, affiliates must discontinue using Dock Restock affiliate links and promotional materials.

Valid, previously earned commissions remain subject to verification and the applicable payment terms.

13. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Dock Restock.

Participation does not establish an employment relationship, joint venture, or partnership.

Affiliates are responsible for their own expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dock Restock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

Dock Restock does not guarantee any minimum referral volume, sales, commissions, or earnings.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
